My feet are broken

When you become a senior citizen your begin to lose mobility, heck, I think at 30 it starts to go! But, at the fine age of 3?

Temper tantrums is what I am used to...but when my little Jelly Bean doesn't want to do something, she doesn't always throw a temper tantrum. Oh No. "I can't walk." "My feet are broken." and one that her friend has used, "My feet are broken they need batteries." Which you really have to love the creativity they come up with.

Some days I wish I could say, "I am sorry, but my feet are broken, they need new batteries." Just to catch a break!

Carey,
I really want to apologize. I was off of here for so long the past few months that I missed all that has happened.
I am so sorry for your loss. I am praying for you. Praying that this year brings happiness for you.

Thanks, but don't feel bad, I haven't been really keeping up with other blogs lately...but I plan to jump back in. I am doing better, but do appreciate the prayers. I know that God has his plan and well, in time.

Thanks. :)

The family was visiting a World's Fair several years ago and we had to skitter down a fairly steep hill. The three-year-old (then) said, "I can't. My leg is broken." It turns out she really needed glasses and her vision problem made the hill look a lot steeper than it was. She was scheduled for an eye exam the following week, anyway.
Doctor gave her glasses and she spent hours examing things around our home,at Nana's, and a Gramma's -- things she'd never seen before.

Too cute!!! I had a little boy in class last year who, if he didn't want to do something would tell me, "I'm tired. I'm very tired." I started telling him, "It's ok. You can be tired and still ________ (fill in the blank).
