Just one of those days when you wish you could sleep in until 10am. Or, snuggle up to the warm fire with a good book. Or, just enjoy a nice relaxing Sunday before jumping back into the work week...Nope not my day.
Strip the beds, load the laundry, get breakfast, load the dishwasher, begin making sand tarts, burn sand tarts, realize that dough is too thick, roll out doll until is stretches too thin and falls apart, burn more sand tarts...(No sweat, Christmas is only less than 10 days away!)...start panic attack, timer goes off - thinking, they could cook a minute longer (they will come out perfect), lights begin to flicker, start praying - no begging- to God - please keep the power on, realizing daughters bedding is in the wash, I need a shower....Electricity goes out, cookies burned.
We were hit with a Nor'easter today, one that normally would drop a ton of snow...not today, we got ice. I would have taken a picture, but I was too angry. It was just one of those days I wish I could have started again.
Sorry for the late post...but Mother Nature ruled this time.

I hope it gets better for you. I would not know what to do in that weather. It snows here every 20 years LOL
Sounds more like a day to get in bed and sleep till tomorrow, not one to start all over!!
sheri - I love snow, just not ice. It really could have been worse, people are still out of power.
mb - LOL, you are so right! LOL!
You're supposed to change the bedding? KIDDING!!!!!!!!! Sorry the cookies burnt. :-(
