All shopped out?

I am all shopped out...I picked myself off the couch and drove to the after Christmas sales and I can't look at another roll of wrapping paper or bow for another year.

This weekend steals and deals is bust...I have stuffed myself with cookies and ham (great combo, huh?) and all I am thinking about is how to lose these 10 lbs that I took off this fall - back off again.

Maybe I will check out the Self Jump Start...it is free, reasonable and easy to follow. So, here it is for all to see my New Year's resolution...I plan to eat healthy, exercise and keep you all updated on my progress. (I won't call it a diet, just making healthy choices). And hopefully, you all can help me keep myself in check!
