Outrageous, unbelievable, I don't know how else to describe it...
A judge in Pennsylvania reduced an accused child rapist bail from $500,000 to one dollar. The judge was of course punishing the prosecutors on the case...not the poor and probably terrified victim and her family! The accused rapist is now roaming our streets.
I am completely dumbfounded.
