Well what do you know, I learned something new

I was in a training seminar today and they were discussing recycling paper. I am all about recycling paper, cans and bottles. I think it is the least we can do in this disposable society...protect the environment for our babies and their babies. But did you know you can recycle paper yourself?

No, I don't mean when you throw it in the recycle bin. Or the shredder. And no, I don't mean to compost it, or lay it in your flower beds...although those are very effective methods...what I learned today is that you can put it in your blender and blend it.

Yes, your blender. I know, my first comment was like, "What do you do, make paper martinis?" No, silly you don't drink it...did you really think I was heading down that road? You make your own paper out of it. Cool! This is a great project to do with your kids. Crafty and enviro-conscious.
