Holiday Parade

This past weekend, Harrisburg held their annual Holiday parade. Many times smaller than the NYC parades, but nice for us small town folk.

This is the first year we attended, it was also Jelly bean's first parade.

Commentary of the parents, "Is that a Bear?" "Yes." "What is his name?" "I think it is Bear." "How ironic."

So cute, just couldn't resist.

Here comes the Turkey.

Oh wait, it is stuck. I think that may happen every year, a little Harrisburg tradition.

"It's Frosty!" proclaimed Jelly Bean..."Yes, oddly next to a race car, so Central PA!" said mommy.

What is a parade without a nice Irish Band...Love the bag pipes!

We asked, "What do you see." Jelly bean answered, "It's a man, a big man."

This picture was just so patriotic and cute, again I couldn't resist.

At last Santa. After 2 long hours, Jelly bean got a glimpse of Santa, and it made her day.

That's a nice looking parade. My boys would love the floats. Everyone looks pretty bundled up. Must be cooollllddd.

Heather, it was a nice parade. It was cold, but not too bad.

Jill, we did! The look on my daughters face during the parade was classic. And she loved dancing when the bands went by.
